Return & Refund Policy

At Flower Shop in Hollywood, we take pride in the freshness and quality of every floral arrangement we create. Because flowers are perishable, any concern must be reported within three days of purchase or delivery.

If your arrangement arrives damaged, in poor condition, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within the three-day period. Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full refund through one of the following methods:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit for the full purchase amount

There are no return fees, processing fees, or restocking charges.

We are a local flower shop and do not ship products by mail. Therefore, customers are not required to mail floral arrangements back to us. We may request a photograph of the arrangement or arrange a local pickup when necessary.

Requests made more than three days after the purchase or delivery date may not qualify for a refund because the freshness of flowers can be affected by care, temperature, water, and environmental conditions.
